The company was formed by Michelle Clifford who holds a BSc Honours degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Cape Town, Medical School.
Michelle is a registered Assessor and Moderator for the Contact Centre Industry and Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) with the Services SETA.
We operate on a business to business basis with associates who offer related expertise to ensure a multi - disciplinary approach.
