- Assisting the employer and employees to develop a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
- Submission of the WSP to the relevant SETA
- Advising the employer on the implementation of the WSP
- Assistance in drafting an Annual Training Report in line with the approved WSP
- Advising the employer on Quality Assurance requirements as set by the relevant SETA

- National Certificate in Contact Centre Support (NQF 2)
