MC&A offers the following in line with the New National Skills Development Strategy:

  1. Skills Development Facilitation:
    • Assisting the employer and employees to develop a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
    • Submission of the WSP to the relevant SETA
    • Advising the employer on the implementation of the WSP
    • Assistance in drafting an Annual Training Report in line with the approved WSP
    • Advising the employer on Quality Assurance requirements as set by the relevant SETA
    • Liaison between the employer and the relevant SETA
